Local Update of Census Addresses (LUCA) Feedback and Appeals
The Local Update of Census Addresses program, also known as LUCA, is a decennial census geographic partnership program that will allow the Census Bureau to benefit from local knowledge in developing its Master Address File (MAF) for the 2010 Census. The Census Bureau will provide 2010 LUCA Feedback materials to qualifying LUCA participants that returned a copy of their local city-style address list, and/or updated the Census Bureau's maps, provided address updates, or verified that their address list was correct.

Below is the link to the feedback materials including user guides, User Guide Supplement, Quick Reference Guide, and 2010 LUCA forms and documents.
